Job Overview:

The Technical Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality after-sales technical services to our customers. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of home kitchen products across various locations in South East, Singapore.

This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent customer service and representing our organization professionally.

The ideal candidate should possess a Min NiTEC, HiTEC, or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Others) or equivalent, with a minimum 1-2 years' experience in servicing major home appliances.

Able candidates who do not meet the minimum experience requirement may also be considered, as on-job training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical problems
  • Providing efficient maintenance services to customers
  • Installing home kitchen products at customer locations
  • Maintaining sufficient stock levels of maintenance parts in their vehicle
  • Conducting basic user-training to customers
  • Preparing and explaining after-service reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Min NiTEC, HiTEC, or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Others) or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in servicing major home appliances
  • Able to read and understand blueprints and drawings
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics
  • Driving License (Class 3)
