Regional IT Service Delivery Leadership Role

The Regional IT Director is responsible for delivering strategic IT service delivery in the region. This includes providing leadership for all IT services, ensuring they are provided in a secure, reliable and cost-effective manner.

This role oversees the management of service delivery outcomes, provider engagement and resources in the region. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITIL, service delivery, design and deployment.

In addition to these responsibilities, this role involves assisting in establishing organizational goals and objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver IT services in accordance with agreed-upon service levels.
  • Manage infrastructure services providers and their service delivery outcomes.
  • Oversee engagement and resources of service providers in the region.
  • Enable new IT services and extend existing ones in an anticipatory manner.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT and business/industry including ITIL, service delivery, design, and deployment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing an infrastructure managed service provider or IT partner.
