Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in our order fulfillment process. Your primary responsibility will be to pack orders accurately and efficiently for customer deliveries.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the management of inventory, ensuring that merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed, packaged, logged, and easily located.

In addition, you will help transport stocks to and from locations and maintain accurate inventory records.

You will provide feedback to your supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages.

You will also assist in organizing inventory and stocking them on appropriate shelves.

Quality checks on orders and incoming receivables are also a critical part of this role.

Your duties may include other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Able to work at least 3 days onsite, prior experience in warehousing, operations or e-commerce fulfillment is a bonus, and fluent in English are essential requirements.

Good team player, pleasant personality, and positive attitude to learning new skill sets are highly valued qualities.
