Job Overview:

The Operation Executive position involves strategic planning and execution of manpower recruitment and placement to job sites/teams.

This role requires a Class 3 driving license and the ability to work 5.5 out of 6 days.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operations and recruitment, specifically in cleaning, as well as experience in driving and cleaning.

Key responsibilities include conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates, implementing operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Workplace Safety and Health policies.
