Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a seasoned electrical engineer to spearhead the development and integration of advanced energy technologies. This role involves leading system design, overseeing integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and engaging with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems, with at least 8 years' experience in power systems or energy technology. They should have a proven track record in battery management systems, energy storage, power electronics, control systems, and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and integration of battery management systems and advanced energy technologies.
  • Conduct complex power system studies including load flow, protection coordination, and stability analyses.
  • Oversee system integration of energy storage and power distribution systems.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout project life cycles, from proposal to commissioning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complete solutions.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation such as specifications, reports, and design packages.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, translating requirements into engineering solutions.
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers; act as technical reviewer for deliverables.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Master's/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems, with at least 8 years' experience in power systems or energy technology.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in battery management systems, energy storage, power electronics, control systems, and embedded systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools like PSCAD, ETAP, PSS/E, MATLAB/Simulink; strong in system integration and complex power studies (load flow, stability, protection).
  • Leadership: Ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and manage projects end-to-end.
  • Client-facing: Comfortable engaging with stakeholders, translating technical needs into solutions.
  • Compliance: Knowledge of IEEE/IEC standards and regulatory frameworks.
