Job Description:

This role is for a seasoned power systems professional who will lead the development of advanced energy technologies. You will be responsible for conducting complex power system studies, including load flow, protection coordination, and stability analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers and serve as a technical reviewer for engineering deliverables.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related field. They should also have a minimum of 10 years of experience in power systems engineering or energy technology development.

The candidate should have proven experience in battery management systems and/or energy storage system integration, as well as strong understanding of power electronics, control systems, and embedded systems.

They should also have experience with simulation tools such as PSCAD, ETAP, PSSE, or MATLAB/Simulink, and familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC) and regulatory frameworks.
