Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist to connect families with trusted caregivers. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless client and sitter interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling & Coordination
    • Coordinate scheduling meetings between potential clients and our team members.
    • Arrange trial sessions between sitters and clients.
    • Facilitate communication between the client, sitter, and team.
  • Client & Sitter Communication
    • Prepare detailed profiles for sitters and send them to clients for review.
    • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Documentation & Admin
    • Manage and distribute necessary documents between clients and sitters.
    • Update our database with client and sitter information.
    • Provide exceptional support to our sales team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other tech tools.
  • Prior experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles is highly valued.
