Community Builder/ Manager

We are looking for a passionate community builder to join our team and help us grow and manage online communities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2–4 years of experience in engaging communities, content development, event organization, and initiating community projects.

You will play an active role in building, growing, and managing online communities anchored on common interests, professions, and/or location.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning, executing, and evaluating community building strategies to drive digital community growth, engagement, and member retention.
  • Understanding community needs and delivering initiatives that engage members digitally and promote online-to-offline connections, such as webinars, podcasts, e-newsletters, networking events, skills development, mentorship, and community ambassador programmes.
  • Creating and curating a calendar of community-specific content that addresses member interests and needs, including developing user-generated content and community resources.
  • Identifying partnerships with institutional and community groups to offer platforms for community growth.
  • Cultivating relationships with community leaders to grow a network of engaged members, advocates, and key opinion leaders.
  • Building a positive, inclusive, and supportive community culture.
  • Representing the company in digital communities, moderating forums, addressing queries, and facilitating connections.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop engagement initiatives and drive platform adoption.
  • Using data and insights to track KPIs, gather feedback, and optimize community efforts.
