Job Title: Digital Communications Specialist

Job Description:

The Digital Communications Specialist will play a crucial role in the Communications and Engagement team, responsible for formulating and implementing communications strategies to enhance cybersecurity awareness and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage digital media channels, creating engaging content to cater to various stakeholders, including members of the public.
- Oversee the CSA website, ensuring timely updates and regular performance reviews.
- Conduct analysis of social media performance to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations on key metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging, adhering to CSA branding guidelines.
- Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement across various digital platforms.
- Develop high-quality social media content, including graphics and videos, to drive engagement and interaction with target audiences.
- Manage appointed vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.

Requirements:

- Experience in social media management, content creation, and/or marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with web administration and content management systems is an advantage.
- Good understanding of multi-channel communications, including digital media trends and tools, is essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders are required.
- A high-energy individual with strong organizational and critical thinking skills is needed to engage and interact with varied stakeholders.
