Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the regional finance team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the consolidation of regional accounts, manage financial reporting processes, and ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze and review areas such as costing, WIP inventory, and segmental performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Review and implement Group's accounting processes and internal controls, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, and statutory requirements, including SGX reporting.
  • Cashflow and Debt Management: Manage cashflow and debt, ensuring the company's financial stability and liquidity.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy/Finance/CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with audit working experience and exposure to SGX reporting environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge in SFRS and SFRS(I), excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, and team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
