Lead Financial Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Financial Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Financial Solutions (GFS) team, you will be responsible for leading the Record to Report (RTR) team, managing RTR services across Asia, and collaborating with finance teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide functional leadership and champion the GFS vision.
- Contribute to developing a culture of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish strong relationships with market finance teams and stakeholders.
- Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop staff for RTR processes.
- Manage, train, and guide the RTR team and market users.
- Oversee process performance, KPIs, and process improvements.
- Recommend process and policy changes, leveraging technology for efficiencies.
- Collaborate with process specialists and in-country staff to improve workflows.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and KPIs.
- Manage accounting close and financial reporting for markets.
