Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and advise Quality Inspectors on inspection processes and procedures.
- Organize and deploy quality control resources to ensure efficient inspection processes.
- Audit and assess inspection processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback on supplier issues and customer reports.
- Continuously improve inspection processes and procedures through data-driven decision making.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and procedures.
- Proven track record in quality project management.
- At least 3 years experience in inspection of fabrication and machining parts.
- Proficiency in CMM programming and GD&T print interpretation.
- Excellent IT skills in Visual Basic, Micro, PPT, and Word.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, machining, and inspection techniques.
- Qualification in welding Inspector or welding NDT is a plus.
