Fire Protection Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of fire protection systems across various client sites. We seek a technically skilled and service-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting for fire protection systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Install, configure, and commission fire alarm, detection, and suppression systems to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Test and evaluate new fire protection technologies to maintain compliance and advance our capabilities.
  • Diagnose, repair, and document system faults and corrective actions taken to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of all service activities, updates, and customer interactions to foster strong relationships.
  • Monitor and maintain related servers, networks, and connected devices to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Perform electrical safety checks and routine maintenance on system hardware to guarantee operational safety.
  • Support the rollout and implementation of new fire protection applications to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage support tickets, log issues, and ensure timely resolution to meet customer expectations.
  • Collect and review client feedback to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with existing and new clients to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in fire protection systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Good understanding of fire detection and suppression systems to provide effective support.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and system integration to streamline operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and perform after-hours support when required.
