Job Title: Identity Management Lead

As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of identity and access management (IAM) at our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and operationalize enterprise-class IAM systems that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform proof-of-value/proof-of-concept studies to identify optimal IAM solutions for our organization">
• Design and build scalable, secure IAM systems that align with our business requirements">
• IDentify areas for improvement in existing IAM architecture and recommend enhancements to address emerging threats">
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop integrated security operating models and ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability">
• Act as a trusted partner and domain expert in IAM, working closely with colleagues across various groups on cybersecurity engineering-related matters">
• Manage IAM projects, ensuring successful implementation to meet organizational objectives">

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced IAM professional with a strong background in designing, implementing, and operationalizing IAM security solutions. The ideal candidate should have:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

Proven hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and operationalizing IAM security solutions, with a focus on Identity Management using tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and PingOne/Ping Federate

Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts for both on-premises and cloud environments, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS)

Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitHub, Jenkins, and application containerization

Experience with IAM solutions in cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure

Able to produce detailed low-level design documents and provide regular delivery updates

Professional qualifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) and IAM-related certifications (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk) are highly desirable
