Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Job Summary:
This role involves managing procurement processes, from tendering to contract negotiation and cost control. As a key member of the project management team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the success of projects through effective procurement practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tenders and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Oversee contractual claims and monthly progress claims, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate costing and budgeting for all building works, adhering to set standards.
- Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quantity taking off and measurement is required.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
