**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned leader to assume the role of Chief Strategic Portfolio Officer. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic growth and alignment across our organization.

  • **Strategic Portfolio Leadership:**

    • Develop comprehensive portfolio strategies that align with organizational objectives, fostering growth and alignment.

    • Evaluate new investment/project opportunities based on risk, return, and strategic fit, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

    • Prioritize initiatives using ROI, risk profile, and organizational impact analysis to maximize value creation.

  • **Portfolio Governance & Oversight:**

    • Lead portfolio governance and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.

    • Establish and maintain frameworks for performance monitoring, risk management, and regular reporting.

    • Provide timely portfolio performance updates to executive leadership and stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability.

  • **Performance & Risk Management:**

    • Monitor portfolio health, identify underperforming assets/projects, and recommend corrective actions to optimize performance.

    • Manage and mitigate risks across the portfolio, ensuring adequate controls are in place to minimize exposure.

    • Implement continuous improvement practices for portfolio processes and methodologies, driving excellence and efficiency.
