Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

The role of a Finance Manager in the Asia Pacific region is pivotal to the success of our organization. This position oversees all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the region.
This includes fostering a strategic business planning process in collaboration with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams across APAC, identifying and fulfilling essential analytical and reporting needs.
Additionally, this individual will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining Revenue Growth Management (RGM) tools and tracking processes regionally, acting as the central point of coordination for RGM requests and ensuring seamless communication with our in-market teams.
Key Responsibilities- Leads comprehensive financial performance analysis through monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) across the Asia Pacific region, delivering clear, actionable, and forward-looking insights on key drivers, market-specific risks, and growth opportunities.
- Owns and optimizes the end-to-end financial planning and forecasting processes for APAC, including rolling forecasts, consolidated templates, and planning calendars; ensures rigorous alignment with corporate deadlines and delivers strategic, robust, and insight-driven outputs that drive business decisions.
