Mandai Wildlife Reserve is a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore featuring world-renowned wildlife parks that connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife.
The reserve drives an exciting rejuvenation plan, integrating five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.
Key Responsibilities- Immersive Experiences: Design and curate wildlife experiences that integrate conservation, nature, and public education.
- Inspiring Guests: Inspire and educate guests on wildlife protection through interactive programmes.
- Programme Development: Prepare and present tour-related reports for stakeholders.
- Product Development: Support operations teams in planning day-to-day tours and wildlife experience programmes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with business goals.
- Language Adaptation: Design experiences for Mandarin-speaking audiences where required.
- Tour Delivery: Oversee tour delivery, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Operations Support: Work closely with operations teams to maintain communication and uphold tour standards.
- Guest Engagement: Demonstrate knowledge of animal-related content to enrich visitor experiences.
- Service Recovery: Handle guest enquiries and service recovery professionally.
- Presentations: Conduct presentations to engage diverse audiences.
- Reporting: Generate reports and handle financial tasks for efficiency and profitability.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Events Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business/Events Management, Tourism, or Hospitality.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong guest experience and customer service skills. People management experience is an advantage.
