About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee all facets of the recruitment process, encompassing job postings, shortlisting applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures.

  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Oversee talent acquisition initiatives within a fast-paced, multi-store retail environment.
  • Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Recruitment Agency Partnerships: Collaborate with agencies to drive talent acquisition and participate in mass walk-ins, career fairs, and roadshows.
  • Work Pass Administration: Manage application, renewal, and issuance of work passes (EP, WP, SP).
Requirements:
  • Human Resources Degree or Diploma Required.
  • Previous Recruitment Experience in FMCG Environment.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Multitasking and Time Management Skills Essential.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act, and Industrial Relations Act.
  • Discretion when Handling Confidential Information.
