We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to assume the role of Technical Systems Specialist.

Job Summary:

Provide technical support for SAP FICO modules within the S/4 HANA environment, performing primary application support and incident recovery duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-level support via contact centre and perform second-level investigation support, routing issues to responsible parties for resolution.
  • Track contact centre tickets to identify technical issues and either resolve them or escalate to the responsible party.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support project efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience with SAP S/4HANA (especially FICO), preferably in-house.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Finance processes, local statutory reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Familiarity with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
