At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Claim Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in reporting car accidents and preparing and submitting car repair reports to insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in car accident reporting by gathering information and providing guidance on the claims process.
- Prepare and submit car repair reports to insurance companies, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
- Liaise with accident claim surveyors and insurance companies to process car accident repairs efficiently.
- Prepare invoices and follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely payment.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and insurance companies.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems used for report preparation and submission.
- Basic understanding of car insurance policies and procedures.
