We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Management Specialist to support our campus-wide sustainability initiatives. As part of our team, you will play a key role in implementing energy optimization and reduction projects targeting key building types.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in energy management, with experience in assessing Building Management Systems (BMS) for defects, errors, and inefficiencies related to energy management.
Key Responsibilities- Assess campus BMS for defects, errors, and inefficiencies related to energy management.
- Draft and implement BMS user guides tailored to different systems and buildings; conduct training for building managers.
- Analyze energy usage trends from BMS data and verify electrical linkages through site walks.
- Support campus sustainability initiatives involving smart metering, smart buildings, and energy management systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in electrical, mechanical, power, automation, or facility management engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in energy, power, or building automation fields.
- Relevant certifications like Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) or Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP).
- Familiarity with SLDs, P&IDs, ACMV, lighting drawings, and metering systems.
