About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Counsellor to join our team. As a Counsellor, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and guidance to individuals facing various challenges.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and offering therapeutic support to empower clients to manage their emotional and psychological challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic counselling services to individuals in need
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
  • Maintain accurate client records and adhere to ethical counselling practices

Requirements:

  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer usage
  • Ability to speak Chinese and dialects will be an added advantage
