Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a Construction Site Operations Coordinator. The role involves overseeing various tasks to ensure smooth site operations.

The job includes:
  • Managing administrative tasks and documentation for the construction site.
  • E nsuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure efficient site operations.
  • Overseeing daily reports, site logs, and necessary paperwork.
  • Assisting with procurement of materials and inventory management.
  • Assisting with project scheduling and coordination.
  • Maintaining permits and licenses.
  • Preparing financial reports and assisting in budget tracking.
  • Ensuring quality control standards are met.


Requirements:
