Job Title: Radiology Assistant
Job Summary:
- Perform various radiography-related tasks under the supervision of experienced professionals.
- Support patients during imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Maintain accurate records and perform administrative duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to patients visiting the facility, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Participate in contrast administration and treadmill exercise tests, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Perform basic patient care activities, including instruction and assistance with clothing changes.
- Collaborate with radiographers in examination rooms, preparing patients for procedures.
- Contribute to data entry and maintenance of worklists and radiology information systems.
- Carry out daily equipment preventive maintenance and perform other assigned administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- A minimum O Level or Diploma in Nursing/Radiography is required.
- Possession of WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong computer skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients are essential qualities.
