Cafeteria Manager

Lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional food service and experiences. Our ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with experience in managing large-scale cafeteria or food service operations.

As a Cafeteria Manager, you will oversee daily operations, develop strategic plans to improve food service offerings, and monitor inventory and procurement to control costs.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can lead, train, and mentor kitchen and service teams to deliver consistent, high-quality meals and experiences.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as familiarity with local food safety regulations and best practices.

About This Role

This role is responsible for overseeing daily cafeteria operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cafeteria operations
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve food service offerings
  • Monitor and optimize inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to control costs
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen and service teams
  • Establish KPIs, monitor team performance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professionalism
  • Manage and report on the cafeteria's P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting

Requirements:
