We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our dining team in delivering exceptional experiences for our members. In this full-time role, you will oversee the daily operations of our premier restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, schedule planning, and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen
  • Analyse sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and dining experiences
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in inventory management, budget control, and data analysis
  • Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
