Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Trading Operations Specialist. This role involves providing support to trading applications and exchange connectivity for Global Derivatives Markets. The focus is on problem-solving, customer support, and ensuring seamless 24-hour operations.

  • Respond promptly to support requests and enquiries from clients.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts for critical systems and infrastructure, resolving issues where possible and escalating to other teams if necessary.
  • Support customers in resolving issues related to order management, risk management, exchange market data, and exchange connectivity.
  • Conduct analysis of complex order and trade histories.
  • Work directly with new customers to coordinate the deployment and configuration of trading applications.
  • Manage software enhancements and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with exchanges and software engineers to test and conform new software releases, including UAT testing.
  • Work with the infrastructure team to test and complete server and network upgrade projects.
  • Provide seamless 24-hour customer support through collaboration with overseas offices.
