Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading congregational worship, with experience in directing choirs and orchestras. They will also possess strong communication skills, both verbally and musically, and be able to lead by example. Additionally, they should be self-motivated, have a teachable spirit, and be a strong team player among their fellow staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
ü Pastoral care to those in the Worship Arts Ministry and members of the congregation as needed
ü Direct supervision from the Senior Pastor and cooperation with the entire staff
ü Participate in pastoral and staff meetings, prayer gatherings, and church-wide events
ü Oversee music and worship support for all church services, special meetings, ministries, and other church-related activities
