Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders to guests' rooms, ensuring that all items are presented in an appealing and organized manner by standard.
">">Set up and maintain in-room dining stations, ensuring that they are clean, well-stocked, and properly organized.
">">Ensure accurate and timely preparation of orders, adhering to quality standards.
">">Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens, to assist guests if needed.
">">Upsell and promote additional food and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
">">Uphold and enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
">">Requirements:

Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
">">Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization.
">">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external guests.
">">Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately take and deliver orders.
">">Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
">">Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
">">Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on scheduling.
">">Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, preparation methods.
">">Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology used in in-room dining operations.
