Entry Level Steward Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Steward. As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning services and garbage disposal at F&B outlets, washing kitchen equipment, polishing silver, bronze and copper kitchenware, ensuring proper dish washing process and maintenance of the equipment, cleaning kitchen floors, walls, shelves and filters, involving in kitchen overnight cleaning, recording any breakages or damaged equipment in the stewarding log, and assisting in any other functions/areas as informed by the Stewarding Supervisor, Assistant Chief Steward and Chief Steward.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and stewarding experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays
  • Possess a well-groomed, clean and professional appearance
