Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our trade strategies. As a Trade Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing and managing pricing strategies, and optimizing trade performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies that ensure competitive and profitable pricing across assigned trade lanes.
  • Monitor and optimize trade performance by analyzing profit-and-loss (P&L) trends and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement trade forecasts and yield management tactics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the shipping industry, with a strong background in pricing/yield management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
