Job Title: Digital Transformation Analyst Are you an innovative and analytical professional looking to advance digital transformation projects in the Singapore government sector? We seek a skilled Product Owner/Business Analyst to contribute significantly to the daily lives of Singaporeans. Job Description: 
  • Elicit and manage stakeholders' business requirements, translating them into detailed documents including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions meeting business needs while considering system limitations and technical constraints.
  • Work closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and usability testing.
  • Coordinate UAT planning with Quality Engineers and business users, monitor progress, and ensure acceptance.
  • Organize the product backlog by gathering and analyzing information with stakeholders, participating in crafting functional/design specifications.
  • Understand IT management, quality management policy, and security guidelines to ensure development processes and systems comply with these policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
 Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT business analysis/development, designing application solutions, and testing.
  • Experience in cloud (related certification is advantageous).
  • Prior experience in programming (Java, Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Experience with low-code platforms, data analytics, cloud, design thinking, and service design will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in full SDLC/PDLC using Agile methodologies (related certification is advantageous).
  • Experience in C3 (Command, Control, Communication), Business Continuity Planning/System, or Crisis/Incident Management System.
