Digital Transformation Leader
Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of digital strategies throughout the design, construction, and handover stages of building projects.

Key responsibilities include managing BIM execution and coordination among consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals. This includes enforcing consistent usage of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and adherence to approved BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

We are looking for a skilled individual in developing scripts and automation tools using platforms such as Dynamo, Python, or equivalent, to enhance BIM efficiency and streamline data processes. The successful candidate will also customize digital construction platforms and dashboards to align with specific project needs and collaborate with IT and Digital teams to integrate APIs, data systems, and cross-platform workflows where necessary.

The ideal candidate will support project teams in the adoption and integration of digital tools including Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Synchro into day-to-day operations. They will facilitate clash detection, 4D sequencing, and model-based data validation to improve delivery accuracy and coordination.

As a key member of our team, the Digital Transformation Leader will conduct training and onboarding programs for internal teams and external stakeholders on IDD tools and workflows. They will also serve as the primary liaison for IDD coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will track the implementation and performance of IDD initiatives, generating reports on digital adoption, project compliance, and efficiency. They will identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance digital project delivery.

Our organization is committed to building digital competency across all levels of the operation. The Digital Transformation Leader will provide coaching to project stakeholders in the effective use of digital construction tools and technologies. They will research and recommend relevant external training programs and professional development courses in digital solutions. Additionally, they will collect and analyze feedback on organizational digital learning needs to inform future training and development efforts.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Certification in BIM or other IDD-related training is advantageous. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Integrated Digital Delivery in the construction industry, specifically on building projects, is required. You should be proficient in BIM and digital construction platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Synchro) and have a strong understanding of CDE, BIM workflows, and 3D/4D/5D modeling.
