Diagnostic Ultrasound Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Ultrasound Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound services with high level of service quality, patient care, efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all diagnostic ultrasound services according to established standards and protocols.
  • Ensure examinations are performed to the correct patient and observe safety rules and procedural consents as described in our standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure accuracy in ultrasound reports and maintain accurate records of patient information.
  • Ensure patients' safety, physical and emotional well-being is taken care of during and after examination.
  • Perform on-call and after-hours duties when necessary, responding promptly in line with our hospital's standards.
  • Perform daily quality assurance procedures on equipment according to manufacturers' recommendations to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Science (Radiography) or Diploma in Radiography from a recognized institution or equivalent.
  • Member of professional institutions, local or overseas.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Sonographer in Singapore.
  • Good customer service, telephone and public relations skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications - Words, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of spoken, written English and a second language.
  • Working knowledge of PACS system.
