About the Role:

The Career Consultant will be expected to understand hiring needs of employers, discover suitable vacancies and profile them to employers for placement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep abreast of labour market trends and employment landscape to provide useful insights and analysis to career coaches and clients.
  • Scan the employment landscape, tapping onto professional networks to identify vacancies that are suitable for our registered clients.
  • Engage with employers and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs behind identified vacancies and acquire them for us.
Client Advocacy:
  • Work with career coaches to identify clients ready to be profiled to employers and hiring managers, enhancing their resumes to align with hiring needs.
  • Pitch identified clients to employers and hiring managers to secure interviews.
  • Support clients in preparing for interviews, providing feedback from employers and hiring managers on outcomes.
  • Foster relationships with employers and hiring managers to drive awareness of job matching services among clients and employers.

What We Are Looking For:
  • At least 8 years of working experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or business development.
  • A comprehensive and active business network with a proven track record of securing job vacancies and placements across various industry domains.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, enterprising and persuasive.
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to helping Singaporeans on their career journey, raising their employability level and achieving job placement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in service excellence or customer relationship management (CRM) will be welcomed.
  • The ability to converse in Mother Tongues will be advantageous.
