**About the Role**
Link REIT Customer Service OfficerWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Information Counter and providing exceptional customer service to shoppers, addressing their enquiries, feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting the execution of mall promotional campaigns, including administering redemptions, lucky draws and contests.
- Promoting the group loyalty program at mall level, encouraging shoppers to register for the loyalty program/app, registering new members and handling complimentary parking/gift voucher redemption.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge in Microsoft Office, e.g., Word, Excel.
- Customer service oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and one other language is an added advantage.
