About This Role

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Elastic Stack Engineer, DevOps to join our team and help us deliver exceptional observability solutions using the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats, Elastic APM).

As an Elastic Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and visibility across applications and infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, implementing, and supporting observability solutions that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, manage, and optimize Elastic Stack for logging, metrics, and tracing.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and visualizations in Kibana.
  • Develop and manage log pipelines using Logstash, Beats, or Elastic Agent.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance Elastic Stack components in production environments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to establish and promote observability best practices.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working with Linux Operating Systems and Elastic Stack.
  • Strong knowledge of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, traces, and APM.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch cluster management, optimization, and tuning.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
