Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a motivated and experienced risk management professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of key market risk concepts, including traded products, VaR, stress testing, and risk/limit management. They will also have a good understanding of key credit risk concepts, such as traded products, counterparty risk, credit approval process, limit management, and excess management.

In addition, the successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, particularly in the Murex domain, as well as a good business domain knowledge of banking and trading book. They will also be highly effective at communicating with technical stakeholders and proficient at communicating with non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include identifying, monitoring, and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, and agreeing on appropriate solutions with sponsors and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up and down the organization.

Required qualifications include experience working with MUREX, functional understanding of counterparty risk and PFE, experience in product pricing methodologies, experience in VaR, MRA, MRE configurations, and understanding of model assignments, market data, rate curves, etc.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented individual with a focus on delivery. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or finance is required. Related professional/technical qualifications will be advantageous but are not mandatory.
