Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Preparer and Finishing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and apply paints, varnishes, sealants, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
  • Perform touch-ups, retouching, and repair works as required.
  • Protect non-paintable areas with masking tape, drop cloths, or protective coverings.
  • Ensure proper color matching and smooth finishing.
  • Maintain painting tools, spray guns, and equipment in good working condition.
  • Follow safety procedures, especially when working at heights, with chemicals, or in confined spaces.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Painter in construction or industrial projects.
  • Familiar with different types of paints, coatings, and surface preparation methods.
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights, on scaffolding, or outdoors.
  • Knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and finishing techniques.
  • Good eye for detail and quality workmanship.
