Freight Forwarding is a vital part of the logistics industry. We are looking for an experienced and skilled Freight Forwarding Operations professional to join our team.

This role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a good understanding of freight forwarding procedures.

  • Booking FCL/LCL/RORO shipments with carriers and co-loaders.
  • Coordinating with clients on cargo consolidation.
  • Communicating with vendors regarding cargo readiness and deliveries.
  • Engaging with overseas agents (sending pre-alerts, checking rates).
  • Invoicing.
  • General customer service duties such as client communication, emailing BLs/DOs, and dispatch arrangements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in freight forwarding operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Licensed to declare customs permits for exports and imports.
  • Familiarity with Sysfreight (Sysmagic) system.
