Job Opportunity: Art Educator

The primary responsibility of the Art Educator is to cultivate and nurture each child's artistic abilities and creativity, enabling them to acquire knowledge and develop aesthetic understanding.

  • Prepare engaging lesson plans and execute a curriculum that promotes artistic expression in group settings.
  • Educate and guide children in developing their artistic abilities through principles of art and various techniques.
  • Provide hands-on instruction in drawing and painting activities, demonstrating key techniques and methods.
  • Offer guidance on proper care and use of art materials and tools, fostering an appreciation for aesthetics and creativity.
  • Implement a supportive learning environment that encourages positive growth and development.
  • Encourage children to express their individuality and thoughts through creative processes.
  • Evaluate each child's performance and provide constructive feedback on their progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in arts or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a classroom setting is highly advantageous.
  • Candidates who are innovative, driven, and proactive are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be passionate about engaging and teaching children.

Working hours are 43 hours per week. Specific schedules include Tuesday to Friday (1:30pm-7:30pm) and Saturday and Sunday (9:00am-7:30pm).
