Warehouse Picker Job Role Overview

The warehouse picker is a pivotal member of our team responsible for selecting and retrieving products from the warehouse accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be accountable for picking orders using scanners, scanning packs through the warehouse management system, and reporting any product damages.

  • Picking and packing goods in accordance with order requirements.
  • Segregating stock based on item and putting it away in designated locations.
  • Using RDT scanners to pick orders and scan packs through the WMS system.
  • Reporting any product damages and documenting for proper handling.
  • Supporting general warehouse operations including unloading, arranging, and packing orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Duties

As a warehouse picker, you will be required to:

  • Pick and Pack Orders: Select and retrieve products from the warehouse accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Segregate stock based on item and put it away in designated locations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Use RDT scanners to pick orders and scan packs through the WMS system.
  • Damage Reporting: Report any product damages and document for proper handling.
  • General Warehouse Operations: Support unloading, arranging, and packing orders.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Education: Primary/Secondary School/O Level qualification.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to carry up to 25kg.
  • Initiative and Responsibility: Good initiative, responsible attitude, and excellent work ethic.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
