* Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency.
* Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with design, construction, and operational teams to ensure alignment and integration of project goals. Communicate project progress and challenges to the management team. Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers as needed.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design and construction work meets the company's standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.

Qualifications:

* A degree in either Architecture or Interior Design
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and project management within the hospitality design industry.
* Strong knowledge of hospitality design principles, construction processes, and industry trends.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
