As a key member of our Communications department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, developing and implementing media strategies, and providing counsel to senior leaders on media-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute media relations strategies to promote DBS Bank's brand and reputation
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, including journalists, editors, and influencers
- Provide media training and coaching to senior leaders to ensure they are prepared for media interviews and other public appearances
- Monitor and analyze media coverage of DBS Bank, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement media-friendly content and messaging
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in media relations, communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
