- Dive team performance by implementing strategies to achieve financial and departmental targets.
- Develop and mentor team members to uphold service excellence and operational standards.
- Plan and adjust staff rosters in line with business needs and productivity guidelines.
- Evaluate compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, and alcohol service legislation.
- Oversee inventory management, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain stock levels to meet guest demands.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, ensuring all equipment is functional and well-maintained.
- Upsell promotional items to guests to enhance their experience and maximize revenue.
- Coordinate beverage requisitions, including special orders for events, to maintain profitability.
A minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B Management with a strong background in bar operations.
- A diploma in Operations Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Services Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices.
- Creative, innovative, and resourceful with a passion for the F&B industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
