We are looking for an experienced Early Intervention Educator to join our team at PAP Community Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to clinical protocols and Standard Operating Procedures, providing clinical expertise and consultation for research and education, and evaluating therapy progress and outcomes using selected therapy outcome measures at regular intervals.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood/Child Psychology/Early Childhood/Psychology, with Advance Diploma in Early Intervention (Special Needs) and a minimum of 2 years of working experience in related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to clinical protocols and Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide clinical expertise and consultation for research and education
- Evaluate therapy progress and outcomes using selected therapy outcome measures at regular intervals
The successful candidate will work in an inter-disciplinary team, taking on key worker roles eventually. They must be able to communicate with clients' family members and caregivers of various races and religions.
