Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Outlet Manager in running the operation;
Provide service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B Department;
Be knowledgeable in all service techniques;
Ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on schedule daily;
Be familiar with all menu items, including recipes, methods of preparation, and preparation time;
Recommend and promote menu items or specials to guests;
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance, and deportment at all times;
Clean up section area after service and maintain cleanliness of the area;

Requirements and Qualifications

Positive attitude with a passion for service;
Willingness to learn new items on food and service;
Passion for F&B industry;
Positive working attitude and a ready smile;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays;
Experience in a Chinese Restaurant;
