Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and implementing effective treatment plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and manage patients referred for occupational therapy with minimal supervision.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clinical standards and best practices.
- Ensure timely review of patients in the continuum of care to ensure seamless transitions.
- Document patient progress and records accurately, reflecting changes in condition or treatment outcomes.
- Practice within areas of professional competence and seek support from supervisor/other healthcare professionals when necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Able to work well in a team environment while also functioning independently to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software to efficiently manage patient records and communicate with colleagues.
