Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Manage key registers and record key movements, ensuring the security and integrity of our office.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Update records of fixed assets, drawings, and contact information, ensuring our database is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle security access card requests and manage the access control system, ensuring only authorized personnel have access to our office.
- Administer season parking requests and manage the carpark system, including collections, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for our staff.
- Provide administrative support, including calls, typing, filing, and meeting organization, ensuring our operations team can focus on their core responsibilities.
- Track and maintain office inventories, including stationery and refreshments, ensuring our office is well-stocked and equipped.
- Manage IT systems and update the OMS Online Portal, ensuring our technology is up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Maintain duty rosters, leave records, and facility bookings, ensuring our staff are aware of their schedules and responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with OMS procedures and standards, ensuring our office operates in accordance with best practices.
